Wingate School

Wingate School opened its doors in the summer of 1982 with nine children from 7 different nationalities. Each year the school grew, and today it has 450 students and more than 60 employees.

Our goal was to adapt Wingate School’s brand identity to reflect the quality and the transition to modern times.

The solution began with extensive brand research. We designed a strategy to position Wingate School as the school of reference in the south of the island for young people, providing them with all the educational and infrastructural facilities.

From the brand strategy, we developed a unique and flexible brand identity system taking as an essential element the book used in the original logo, referring to the source of knowledge and evolution. We synthesized the representation of a book from different perspectives to finally use it as an element to represent the letters W and S of the name Wingate School.
